It looks like Summer is trying hard to reclaim the Winter here in Oregon and this was a particularly beautiful day with the sun breaking through the clouds and casting a warm glow all around. I, of course, just had to rush out and snap some photos in the fading sunlight and the resulting gallery turned out really well. I can’t remember where I got this red garter from but I grabbed it on the way out the door thinking it would go well with the red high heels. Now I just need a flask or a gun to put into it… why did women wear garters in the first place? Anybody know? Were they the way stockings were held up before actual garter belts were invented? Just curious and I’m sure one of my very smart readers out there will have the answer!
